Shipping/Transportation
We strive to ship warehouse merchandise orders the same day the order is received. When preparing your orders for shipment, we use packing paper and bubble-wrap to protect your products from damage. Any claims for damaged merchandise should be filed with the carrier upon receipt. Freight is prepaid on certain items. Please inquire when ordering. Return Policy
Please telephone if you receive merchandise or items which you wish to return. We will make arrangements at that time and you will be given an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee may apply to stock merchandise.
Printed Orders
A proof on new orders will be sent to you upon your request. Please be sure when proofing that you check all spelling, logos, punctuation and placement of copy. We cannot be responsible for orders approved by the customer which contain incorrect copy.
